Final Grade Operator (CDL Required)

Pay:

Requirements:

Proven experience as a final grade operator (not an entry-level position) Valid CDL (required) Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Strong attention to detail and ability to meet grade specifications Reliable and consistent attendance

Responsibilities:

Perform final grading to precise specifications for site prep, paving, and construction projects Operate heavy equipment including graders, dozers, loaders, excavators, and related machinery Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site requirements Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting as needed Conduct routine safety checks and follow all job site safety protocols Assist with physical labor on job sites as needed Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule What to

Expect:

This is not a sit-in-the-cab-all-day position. Our operators are expected to get out of the machine and help on the ground when needed. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.
