Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Deburr Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards and safety requirements. Your expertise in machine operation, precision measurement, and technical interpretation will help maintain the high standards of our production processes. Responsibilities Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and ensure parts meet blueprint specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to identify critical areas requiring deburring or finishing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and properly handling tools and materials. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues related to deburring machinery or auxiliary tools to minimize downtime. Assist in packaging finished parts according to specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Qualifications Familiarity with precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and other quality control instruments. Experience with shop tools, hand tools, tooling setup, materials handling, and assembly line operations. Commitment to safety standards in production environments with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement. Pay:
