Shift:

First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Job Description The Entry-Level Deburrer plays a key role in a medical manufacturing environment by removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from precision-machined medical components. This position ensures that all parts meet strict quality and safety standards by following detailed work instructions, using precision tools, and collaborating closely with production and quality teams. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in medical device manufacturing and develop strong technical skills in a clean, regulated setting. Responsibilities Deburr, polish, and finish machined medical components. Inspect parts and verify quality standards. Follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures. Use measuring tools to confirm dimensional accuracy. Handle components carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Complete production and quality documentation. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet goals. Follow GMP, FDA, and company quality requirements. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Team members regularly use hand tools, deburring equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
