Full-time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2nd shift, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Overtime is available, some weekends are mandatory.

Belleville MI What You'll Do Machine setup: Prepare machinery by installing plates, dies, cylinders, and other tooling according to job orders and product specifications. Operation & control: Operate stamping press equipment and regulate machine speeds, pressure, and temperature; constantly feed raw materials (paper, metal, plastic) into the equipment to keep production running.
Quality assurance:
Perform in-process visual checks and dimensional measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges; pull random samples to prevent defects and ensure alignment with color or shape standards. Maintenance & troubleshooting: Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance; identify machine jams or malfunctions, make minor mechanical repairs, and request servicing when needed.
Documentation:
Track order output, material usage, and downtime; accurately fill out required production logs and department paperwork.
Safety compliance:
Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing and eye protection.
