This role removes sharp edges, burrs, and excess material using hand tools and small power tools to ensure parts meet strict quality standards. Many of the parts are small, requiring careful handling and high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Deburr machined parts using hand tools and a small handheld deburring tool (similar to a Dremel) Some parts are very small, using a magnifying glass and/or tool scope as needed Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and inspection criteria Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and surface quality Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines Communicate issues or defects to supervisors and quality personnel Qualifications Prior deburring, finishing, or machining experience preferred Ability to work with small parts and use magnification tools Ability to read work instructions and basic prints; familiarity with standard measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
