Experience working with precision measurements, assembly, machining, finishing, or inspection processes preferred. Finish workpieces using manual lapping plates and automated finishing equipment. Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions to determine product requirements. Inspect and measure finished components using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Move and position materials using cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
