Summary:
Power tools: drills, sanders, etc.
Deburr tools:
knives, counter sinks tools, and sand blaster for the purpose of manufacturing parts as designed. This will include verification of parts made to design specifications. You will also be responsible for the handling of work orders through an ERP system, monitoring and recommending adjustments to routers for accurate recordings of time expenditures. Climate controlled facility
Time Utilization:
Normal business hours are 7am to 3:30pm (30 min lunch break) Monday - Friday first shift / 3pm to 1:30am (30 min lunch) Monday - Thursday second shift. Some Saturdays may be required (work load dependent). Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. You will be able to read and interpret engineering design prints. 2. You will verify machined parts to engineering design print specifications. 3. You will be able to effectively communicate with other employees as well as immediate members of management. 4. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe shop area. 5. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Experience with Saws and Power Tools a plus but not required. Must have the ability to respond and adjust to changing or new situations environments and maintain professionalism in dealing with co-workers.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as mechanical drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Math Ability:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to operate a computer to log information into an ERP system.

The associate is frequently required to climb or balance. The associate is occasionally required to sit.
