Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Infusion Technician/Laminator/Gel Coat/Finishing/Detail specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise application of gel coats, laminating composite materials, and performing finishing and detailing tasks to ensure high-quality production standards. Your expertise in handling materials, operating power tools, and utilizing fabrication techniques will contribute to the creation of durable, aesthetically appealing products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are paramount. You will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into finished products ready for delivery. Open Positions We are currently hiring for the following roles: Laminators Composite laminators familiar with hand layup, vacuum bagging, and related processes. Infusion Technicians Technicians with experience in resin infusion, vacuum systems, and composite manufacturing workflows. Finishers/Detailers Detail‑oriented professionals skilled in sanding, trimming, polishing, and final part finishing.
