Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Grinder/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various industrial machinery, including CNC machines, grinders, press brakes, stamping presses, and other fabrication equipment. Your expertise will ensure precision machining and quality control of components, supporting our commitment to manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC machining centers, including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring precise fabrication according to technical specifications Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to determine machining requirements and tooling setups Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment including Fanuc-controlled machines, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Conduct quality inspections during production runs to ensure parts meet strict quality control standards Collaborate with engineering teams on CNC programming, CAM programming, and tooling adjustments for continuous improvement Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Assist in packaging finished products according to specifications for shipment or storage Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment within a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of fabrication processes including stamping, machining, and assembly line operations Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation Familiarity with CNC programming languages (Fanuc preferred), CAM programming software, and SolidWorks is highly desirable Ability to perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and GD&T principles Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and basic shop math calculations Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and proper use of hand tools and tooling equipment Warehouse experience or materials handling skills are advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and dimensional accuracy Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments If you are passionate about manufacturing precision engineering and eager to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today.
