About Us Our company is a dynamic job shop specializing in build to print precision sheet metal components and weldments to electronic, semi-conductor, life science and security industries. The ideal candidate will have fabrication experience and be flexible to work in various departments to support production needs. Duties Finish grind welded parts and perform stroke sanding and deburring of sheet metal parts. Finish stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal components to specified requirements. Inspect finished parts for quality, appearance, and conformance to requirements. Follow safety procedures and promptly report safety hazards or equipment concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School/GED Previous sheet metal fabrication experience preferred. Grinding and stroke sanding experience preferred, including stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum. Good manual dexterity and ability to safely operate hand tools and finishing equipment while handling small precision parts. Strong attention to detail. Ability to recognize and maintain required part quality and finish. Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints. Good communication skills. Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to support other production activities as needed. Physical Demands Ability to lift/move 50 lbs Performing the duties of this job requires regularly standing and lifting Our facility is ITAR registered, employees must be US persons.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
