Grinder/Machine Operator We are looking for a dependable night shift team member to join our team in Cortland, Ohio. Hours:

Monday through Thursday, 3pm-3am (2nd Shift)

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Learn and operate a Morgoil product grinder (training provided) Perform in-process checks to ensure quality and accuracy Measure parts using micrometers and record results Make basic machine adjustments as trained Follow safety and quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively during shift handoff and with supervisors Minimum Requirements Ability to read micrometers Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work Mon-Thurs, 3pm-3am Safety Boots Nice to Have Skills Prior machine operating, grinding, machining, or manufacturing experience Experience with other measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) Preferred Education and Experience No specific degree required; experience in manufacturing or machining is a plus Other Requirements On-Site work location in Cortland, Ohio Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits once hired in Apply today—this role is being filled quickly.
