Grinder/Machine Operator Cortland, Ohio We are currently seeking a dependable night shift team member to join our team as a Grinder/Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn machine operation, and the ability to read micrometers accurately. Hours Mon-Thurs, 3:00 pm - 3:00 am Pay $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities

• Learn and operate a Morgoil product grinder (training provided for the right candidate)
• Perform in-process checks to ensure quality and accuracy
• Measure parts using micrometers and record results
• Make basic machine adjustments as trained
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively during shift handoff and with supervisors Minimum Requirements
• Must be able to read micrometers
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
• Reliable attendance and ability to work Mon-Thurs, 3pm-3am
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Safety boots Preferred Education and Experience
• Prior machine operating, grinding, machining, or manufacturing experience
