We are seeking a skilled Tool Grinder / Gear Machinist to join our team on first shift. We are committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in all our processes. Responsibilities Operate and set up grinding machines and gear cutting equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges. Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes. Document work procedures and inspection results accurately. Perform incoming / outgoing inspections Qualifications Proven experience as a Tool Grinder or Gear Machinist. Proficiency in CNC and manual machine operation. Experience with CNC lathes, milling machines, and Fanuc controls. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tooling and precision measurement tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience working in a high-precision manufacturing environment is preferred.
