We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Heat Welding Operator to join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Wadsworth, OH . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities may include:

Operating Radio Frequency (RF) and heat welding machines to assemble fabrics and plastics Reading and following drawings, work instructions, and technical documents Ensuring products meet quality standards and compliance requirements Recording and documenting work orders, cut records, and material record cards accurately Communicating with production and supervisory staff regarding equipment needs or production issues Helping keep production moving by adapting to changing tasks and meeting deadlines Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous experience with RF or heat welding equipment is preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Basic math, reading, and spelling skills Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable and willing to learn Must meet client screening requirements, including background check, drug screen, and work authorization requirements

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Pay:
