Tulsa, OK Deburr Technician - Must-Have Requirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Experience using hand and pneumatic tools preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Deburr Technician - Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join a precision aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for removing burrs, smoothing edges, and performing surface finishing on machined aerospace components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and grinding equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and takes pride in producing precision parts that meet strict manufacturing standards. Deburr Technician - Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deburring & Finishing Perform deburring, edge breaking, and surface finishing on machined aerospace components Operate bench grinders, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and deburring equipment Remove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining part dimensions and quality requirements Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production specifications Production & Quality Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions Accurately measure parts using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools Record production information and complete required transactions in the ERP system Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production goals Safety & Housekeeping Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors Assist with additional production duties as needed #
