Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Presses to Produce Parts Safely, Accurately, On Time and efficiently.
- Monitor parts that are produced often, to minimize and eliminate producing scrap and rework of parts.
- Follow Computer Prompts for Tracking Production and Work Order Status.
- Inspect Parts and Material, Visually or Using Gauges and Adjusts Machine to Correct Error and Document as Required.
- Reviews Production Router for Production Specifications Such as a Type of Material, Height, Thickness.
- Follows Verbal or Written Instructions.
- Performs Interval Visual Inspections on Parts produced.
- Completes Repair Computer Information as Needed.
- Changes over Press in a Timely Manner.
- Cleans and Lubricates Machines.
- Works safely to prevent on the Job Injuries by Following All Safety Rules and Regulations.
- General Housekeeping Duties.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and team oriented.
- Need to be self-motivated and have good work ethics.
- Basic computer skills
- Good reading, math, and comprehension skills
- Able to Use Measuring Instruments and
Have Strong Mechanical Skills Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Some post-secondary education preferred.
Experience required:
- 1-3 Years in a Manufacturing Environment.
