Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Casting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, focusing on the creation of high-quality castings. This position requires a strong understanding of various machining processes and the ability to operate specialized equipment. The successful candidate will contribute to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Duties Follow instructions from the Casting Supervisor. Read and understand blueprints. Cleaning up concrete/rebar Placing rebar correctly according to prints Cut, place, and tie rebar Adhere to all TBB safety standards and wear all required PPE. High safety considerations. Work irregular hours and overtime when required. Bring a positive attitude each day. Create a welcoming work environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in casting or a related manufacturing field is preferred. Familiarity with welding techniques and plasma cutting processes. Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new techniques.
