Position Functions:
Set up and operate hand cutters to produce rubber and silicone frames as instructed. Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance. Block the release of faulty parts and units as instructed. Assemble and glue rubber profiles per print as required. Notch and drill rubber profiles per print as required. Install sensors and assemble rubber parts into completed components. Mill and cut rubber or silicone material. Drill and deburr parts. Record inspection data as required. Achieve company standard times and scrap levels. Ensure proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber and silicone compound material, inserts, and profiles. Package semi-finished and finished goods in line with production orders and packaging visualization. Maintain a safe and clean production area. Educational Level for
Position:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Experience (Not Required): Reading and understanding technical drawings, calipers, rulers, and the metric system. Strong work ethic and teamwork skills. Independent and solution-oriented philosophy. Penchant for quality. Special Skills /
Qualifications Needed:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Proficiency with hand coordination and dexterity. Ability to read and understand bills of materials, routers, and work instructions. Normal or corrected vision necessary to read prints and closely examine parts. Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
