Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pulling Unit Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized pulling units used in concrete fabrication, heavy lifting, and material handling processes. Responsibilities Operate pulling units, forklifts, loaders, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to move materials and components across job sites or manufacturing facilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment such as concrete mixers, welding tools, and power tools to ensure optimal performance Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD software plans related to concrete forming, fabrication, and mixture design Assist with fabrication tasks including welding, machining, and equipment setup for construction or manufacturing projects Conduct heavy lifting tasks while following strict safety protocols to prevent injuries or accidents Support concrete mixing operations by preparing mixtures according to specified designs and ensuring proper handling of raw materials Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety inspections in compliance with safety standards in production environments Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, loaders, or pulling units in construction or manufacturing settings Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software or similar design programs Strong understanding of safety standards related to heavy lifting, equipment operation, welding, and outdoor work environments Knowledge of mixture design principles for concrete production along with construction industry experience Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to fabrication processes, and blueprint interpretation Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safety protocols Prior experience working with concrete forming techniques and construction industry practices is highly desirable Join us in a role that challenges your skills every day!
