• 21/HR What You'll Do
• Deburr and finish parts according to print specifications
• Inspect parts for cosmetic defects and quality standards
• Verify part classifications and work orders before production
• Select appropriate deburring methods when needed
• Use hand files, air tools, and other finishing equipment
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
• Assist with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For
• Manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements
• Lift and handle parts up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
