Grinder / Metal Finisher Looking for a Hands-On Manufacturing Career? Start Here. We're hiring a Grinder / Metal Finisher to help ensure parts meet quality and appearance standards before moving to the next stage of production. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit for you.Pay:
$20- 24/HR What You'll Do
- Grind and finish steel and aluminum parts to print specifications
- Inspect parts for cosmetic and quality defects
- Follow work instructions and inspection procedures
- Use handheld air tools and hand files as needed
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, grinding, or metal finishing preferred
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable attendance and safety-focused work habits Physical Requirements
- Lift and handle parts up to 35 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
