Tool and Die Technician

Immediate openings in our Tool and Die department for a person who has experience with the following: Minimum 2+years of tool and die experience Ability to operate or learn how to operate heavy machinery (surface grinder, pedestal grinder, belt sander, manual mill, etc.) Injection molding experience (preferred not mandatory) Knowledge on inspecting angular dimensions in profile projectors. Handling of measuring instruments like micrometer, vernier caliper. Inspection the tool elements in height gauge / master Forklift and overhead crane experience Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Ability to visually inspect small and detailed equipment Experience with process of elimination analysis Ability to be flexible with shift hours and willing to work over-time (possible holidays) Good verbal and written communication skills Must have safety training (MSSC or OSHA safety training preferred) Basic math skills
