The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from machined parts, ensuring that all components meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and proficiency in using various tools and measuring instruments. Duties Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers to inspect and deburr parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Apply basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately. Collaborate with machining teams to ensure quality control throughout the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools for deburring processes. Experience with precision measuring instruments, including calipers preferred. Familiarity with GD&T principles for interpreting technical drawings preferred. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
