  S_180980 Spherion is hiring multiple Metal Finishing Technicians for a stainless steel manufacturing partner in Beaver Dam.

If you have an eye for detail and want to ensure industrial products are built to last, this role is a great fit. You will be treating metal parts and operating equipment to finalize production components while maintaining strict safety standards. Role Highlights

• $30 to $35 per hour based on experience
• Temp opportunity
• Multiple shifts available including weekend days, weekend nights, and weekday nights
• 5AM-5PM, F, S, Su
• 5PM-5AM, F, S, Su
• 3:30PM-2AM, M-TR
• Competitive benefits What You'll Do
• Accurately passivate parts following work instructions and safety guidelines
• Load parts using crane straps, fixtures, and baskets to move through the process
• Perform tank maintenance including emptying, cleaning, and filling acid tanks
• Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, manlifts, and overhead cranes
• Log job information and review production schedules with your supervisor
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and customer standards What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
• Basic computer skills to enter records and log job information
• Ability to safely manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
