Deburring Operator Laser Center is a precision laser cutting company located in Menomonee Falls, WI. We are currently seeking a Deburring Operator to join our team. The Deburring Operator is responsible for removing burrs and surface imperfections from laser-cut metal parts to ensure they meet customer quality standards. This position plays an important role in producing high-quality finished parts. Responsibilities Operate deburring machines to remove burrs and improve surface finish. Use hand grinders and other tools to deburr laser-cut metal parts. Select the appropriate abrasives and tools based on part requirements. Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Label and organize finished parts with accurate order information. Report defective parts or quality concerns to the supervisor. Replace worn belts, wheels, and other consumable machine components as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist team members as needed to meet daily production goals. Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:40 PM Overtime may be available based on business needs.
