• 4:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leveler Operator to join our steel processing operation in Oak Creek, WI.

This position is responsible for processing steel coil into flat sheet products according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate can accurately read work orders, perform precise measurements, and complete daily production documentation while working safely in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate leveling equipment to process steel coil into flat sheet per customer specifications Read, understand, and follow work orders, production schedules, and quality requirements Measure material using tape measures and micrometers to ensure accuracy and tolerance compliance Inspect finished material for thickness, flatness, and dimensional requirements Complete daily work report logs and production documentation accurately Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Required Qualifications Experience in steel processing, manufacturing, or industrial equipment operation Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation Proficiency using tape measures and micrometers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and work in an industrial environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Prior leveler line or slitter line experience

• preferred but not required Forklift and/or overhead crane experience

Pay:

From $21.80 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
