Job Description

EDM Operator Shift:

1st, (7:00am-3:30pm)

Pay:

$22-$27 (Based on Experience) Our client is seeking an experienced EDM Operator to join their growing team on 3rd shift. If you have experience with Conventional EDM machining and enjoy working in a precision manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. Set up and operate Conventional EDM machines

Manufacture and redress electrodes using tool room equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical documents

Determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, machining parameters, and machining sequences

Adjust machine settings to maximize machining efficiency and productivity

Monitor machining operations and make necessary process adjustments

Measure and inspect workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and other precision inspection tools

Record inspection data as required

Communicate effectively with supervisors, programmers, and production staff regarding job status and procedures

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Conventional EDM machining experience

Experience in tooling and production environments

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
