Asbestos Manager-California Sasser Restoration - 5.0 Anaheim, CA Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Asbestos Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering safe, high-quality asbestos abatement services. This role is responsible for overseeing asbestos projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support asbestos technicians on job sites. Manage asbestos abatement, containment, and remediation projects. Ensure all work is completed according to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company procedures. Monitor job progress, timelines, and budgets. Perform site inspections and quality control checks. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, consultants, and internal teams. Document job details, including daily reports, project photos, and required compliance documentation Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable asbestos regulations. Train and mentor team members to support growth and development.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of asbestos removal procedures, containment methods, and safety requirements. Current Asbestos Supervisor certification/license (as required by state) OSHA certification preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environmental conditions.
