The title of this position at JJ&S is Lead Tech or Superintendent, and not Supervisor. This position is not a management or supervisory role. Individuals in this role do not have authority to hire, fire, promote, discipline, set pay, or make employment decisions for other employees. All employment-related decisions are made by designated managers. Responsibilities Ensure on-time and profitable delivery of scope in assigned projects Ensure thorough documentation of assigned projects' progress Ensure stakeholder satisfaction in projects assigned Knowledge, skills, abilities required At least 1 year of experience Team player Ability to communicate with homeowners Ability to escalate problems when appropriate A commitment to maintain high-quality standards Strong attendance record Accountable This is a physically demanding role. Candidates must be in good physical condition and able to perform the following on a regular basis: Lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Prolonged standing and walking on hard surfaces, including concrete, for extended periods Walking on uneven, sloped, or debris-covered surfaces while maintaining balance and stability Repeated bending and stooping at the waist to ground level throughout the shift Repeated kneeling and returning to a standing position without assistance Sustained squatting while working at low heights Climbing and descending ladders safely while carrying tools or materials Ascending and descending stairs while carrying loads Sustained overhead work with arms raised above shoulder height Reaching, extending, and placing materials at heights up to 6 feet Full range of neck and head movement for site awareness and proper PPE fitting Gripping, operating, and controlling hand tools for sustained periods Carrying loads by handle (buckets, bags, equipment) for extended distances Sustaining moderate to heavy physical exertion while wearing full PPE including Tyvek suit and respirator Tolerating elevated temperatures and reduced airflow associated with wearing protective suits Exposure to sharp tools, materials, and equipment requiring adherence to safety procedures and use of appropriate PPE Maintaining cardiovascular endurance sufficient to sustain physical labor throughout a full shift

Highly Preferred:

Driver's license Bilingual (English/Spanish). Asbestos certificate
