The Opportunity We're hiring an experienced Certified Asbestos & Lead Technician to support our growing operations in the San Diego area. This is a field-based, fast-paced role where you'll conduct residential inspections, manage multiple daily appointments, and play an important part in delivering a positive experience for homeowners and restoration partners. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality inspections. Required Certifications Active California CSST or CAC certification. Active California Lead Inspector/Assessor certification. Both certifications are required. Professional development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct asbestos and lead inspections at residential properties. Collect samples and coordinate timely laboratory delivery. Maintain accurate inspection documentation and reports. Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal coordinators. Manage daily appointments while maintaining quality and compliance. Follow applicable regulations and company testing procedures. Qualifications Environmental inspection or restoration experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
