Environmental Technician

Environmental Consultant / Site Surveillance Technician (Apprentice or Certified) We are seeking a motivated Apprentice or DOSH Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) or Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) to support environmental consulting services throughout Northern California . Candidates must also hold CDPH Lead Sampling Technician or Lead Assessor certification (or be willing to obtain).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform asbestos and lead surveys Provide abatement oversight and air monitoring Prepare detailed reports and documentation Conduct water intrusion and mold assessments Evaluate conditions related to mold, bacterial matter, and indoor air quality Perform assessments related to water, fire, and smoke damage when needed

Qualifications:

CSST, CAC, CDPH

Lead Sampling Technician, or Lead Assessor certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field a plus Additional certifications or training related to mold, bacterial sampling, or restoration is a plus Ability to pass a State Licensing Exam Clean DMV record Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Additional Information:

Training and scholarships may be available for candidates who do not yet hold required certifications On-call position Licensed Independent Contractors are encouraged to apply

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
