• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive a utility van, or box truck.
• Have the ability to work weekends, and overtime when available.

Experience:

Restoration:

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks on restoration projects
• Clean and prepare job sites for restoration work
• Assist with building and construction tasks as needed
• Conduct mold remediation and restoration activities
• Use power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Assist with asbestos abatement procedures
• Participate in water damage restoration projects
• Contribute to fire restoration efforts
• Perform carpet cleaning and maintenance tasks

Experience:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred
• Knowledge of clean-up, building, and construction processes
• Familiarity with mold remediation and restoration techniques
• Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment
• Understanding of asbestos abatement procedures
• Experience in water damage restoration is a plus
• Knowledge of fire restoration procedures is beneficial
• Ability to perform carpet cleaning tasks effectively
