•3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds Use manual machines and tooling equipment to perform corrective actions Diagnose tooling issues, test molds, and track root causes Maintain and track mold/component inventory levels and status Store validated and non-validated tooling components appropriately Document mold issues, repair solutions, and PM history to reduce downtime Escalate recurring tooling failures through the proper channels Follow all SOPs, safety standards, and quality procedures Keep mold shop and machines clean and organized Collaborate with production teams to ensure tooling readiness Other duties as assigned
