Water, Fire and Mold Technician:

Inspect damaged property Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation) Physically stage equipment Load and unload company vehicle Must be able to drive company vehicle Must have ability to document work performed Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful Benefits for

IICRC Certifications WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT a plus but not required Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration a plus but not required 1-year experience in Water Fire Mold Mitigation a plus but not required Drivers license and clean driving record This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
