Five Valleys Restoration & Cleaning specializes in the restoration, reconstruction and repair of homes or businesses damaged by water, fire, and storms. We also specialize in multiple types of the environmental cleanup services. We are a Montana owned company proudly serving Missoula and all of Western Montana. Our Company is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills and is a multi-tasker. DESCRIPTION
This person is responsible for the packing, cleaning, and handling of contents for our clients who have experienced a loss due to fire, water, mold or other disasters that may occur. To be successful, this individual must be able to work proficiently in a fast paced environment and adapt to change easily. Experience with cleaning is a plus but not required. Individuals must be able to lift at least 45-50 pounds. Ability to work alone or in a team atmosphere Work with modern technology and electronics Experience with water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation, and any other emergency/disaster recovery is highly preferred. But Not Required Customer Service based individual Good Math Skills preferred Willing to follow all safety rules and regulations Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Willing to participate in an on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed. On Call every 3rd week Willing to participate in all training as needed/required Must be able to pass a background check Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible Clean-cut, professional appearance Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license as well as a clean driving record Ability to work overtime
WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE
You must have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail Shifts are mostly weekdays, but you will be required to work occasional nights and weekends Attend and pass certification classes ( Paid for By Five Valleys Restoration & Cleaning) Ability to work on ladders 20'- 30' high as well as in confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces. Use a hand held electronic device to complete a full inventory of customers contents. Pack contents up with protection and care to avoid damage. Complete pack backs and resets of all contents. Frequent lifting, carrying and placing boxes of belongings. Provide post construction cleaning to prepare a house for occupancy. Follow procedures for cleaning structures and contents and handling customers' possessions. Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structure. Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times. Salary is
DOE Additional Incentives:
