Hazmat Operations Technician (No experience needed)

Location:

Concord/ Surrounding Area | Flexible & On-Call Availability ONLY. This is not an opportunity with set hours. You should already have a main source of income. This is extra side money. You tell me when you are available. If a call comes in, I reach out to see if you're available. This best suits students, ride share drivers, part time workers, or those looking for extra side money.

What You'll Do:

Respond to Emergency Spills as soon as they happen Set up tools & equipment in work zones to prepare for cleanup operations Assist with cleanup operations of Non hazardous solid and liquid cleanups Maintain constant personal safety and follow strict protocols Clean, decontaminate and organize equipment and tools after jobs

What We're Looking For:

Organized, punctual, and cool under pressure Someone who has a very

FLEXIBLE

schedule Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet outdoors Great communication and attention to detail Comfortable with coming to work at any time of day or night Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

Bonus:

experience in logistics, events, EMT/fire, or similar roles

STARTS AT

$20.00/ hour After approx 10-20 hours of training, you will be evaluated to determine if you are capable of being successful in this field. If you are, you will begin the classroom instruction to become a certified Technician. Once completed you will be promoted to $25.00/ hour. After another 20-40 hours of additional training. You will be evaluated to determine if you can operate without direct supervision. If you possess the required safety knowledge you will receive another promotion to $30.00/ hour.
