• You could be inspecting, cleaning, sorting, resizing, and weighing virgin wax to prepare for the injection and assembly process.\n \n\n
• You could be weighing and preparing slurry mixtures for the creation of ceramic molds.\n \n\n
• You could be building and deconstructing crucibles.\n\nCrucibles are containers used to melt metals in a furnace, which are usually made of ceramic materials.\n \n\n
• You could be inspecting and preparing molds for the melted alloys to be poured into.\n \n\n
• You could be using state of the art automation robots to assemble molds, and prepare them for the casting process.\n \n\n
• You could be using NDT technology to X-ray each part to ensure no internal defects are present.\n \n\n
• Throughout our process you could use various equipment, such as computers, robots, metal shear, injection mold machines, hydraulic press, plasma torch, grinders, cut-off saw, cranes and forklifts.\n \n\n
• You will also be in a team environment so collaboration, multitasking, and providing guidance to colleagues at times will be required.\n \n\n
