Cleaning & Restoration Technician Provide timely, professional, and effective restoration services that help ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting trust. Cleaning Technician Qualifications and Experience
    Education and Experience:
    High school diploma (or GED).
      Computer Skills:
      Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
      • Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
      Career Advancement:
      Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT). Cleaning and Restoration Technician Responsibilities (There are opportunities to earn Fire Damage Restoration certifications and gain experience quickly). (
      Note:
      Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of the hourly rate)
        Digital Documentation:
        Use a smartphone or tablet to accurately photograph items and maintain inventory records.
        • Physical requirements: Safely lift, carry, and move boxes, furniture, and other items while working collaboratively with your teammates.
        Detail-oriented:
        Have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in making sure every space is thoroughly cleaned, including the areas others might overlook.
          Team Collaboration:
          Follow direction, contribute alongside your crew, and handle every customer's belongings with care and respect.
            Dependability:
            Consistently arrive on time, maintain a professional attitude, and come prepared to work each day.
            • Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
            • Communicate effectively with customers.
            • Inspect completed work.
            • Complete and update work orders accurately and promptly.
            • Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
            • Maintain inventory of related supplies.
            • Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
            • Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
            Requirements:
