About the Role We re seeking Fiberglass Mold Technicians to help maintain, repair, and modify molds used in our fiberglass pool manufacturing process. In this role, you ll work hands-on with molds, ensuring their integrity and functionality while making necessary modifications and repairs. What You ll Do Assist in repairing damage to molds caused by routine use Modify molds and supporting frameworks as needed Support construction and reconstruction of molds to meet production needs Operate a variety of power tools, including grinders, drills, cutting tools, jigs, gauges, and pneumatic tools Follow proper chemical handling procedures and use PPE such as respirators, knee pads, anti-slip socks, and fall protection Read and interpret mold construction drawings Work in physically demanding environments, including climbing, bending, and kneeling Wear a full-face respirator (after passing respiratory testing) What We re Looking For Experience with fiberglass construction or auto body repair Comfortable using shop-related tools and equipment Ability to read and understand technical drawings Physically capable of working in various positions for extended periods Understanding of safety protocols and chemical handling procedures Why Join Us??
