For more information, please go to www.ttlusa.com. Environmental (ACM/Mold/Lead) Consultant—San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, TX TTL is seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team in Texas. In this role, you will play a vital role in inspections and sampling, protocol and plan development and project oversight while adhering to all health and safety guidelines. This position will require traveling to job sites throughout Texas and the distance can vary depending on the project. Build your Foundation. Build your Future. Build your Legacy. Come to TTL. What You'll Do Conduct asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and other hazardous materials surveys Provide on-site project management and oversee contractors during asbestos abatement projects Collect detailed field notes and photographs of site conditions and findings Assist with preparing abatement plans, scope of work documents and management programs Monitor active remediation projects to ensure all safety standards are followed Manage and develop a team of inspectors Prepare project cost estimates and proposals Market and develop business opportunities Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred in environmental science, industrial hygiene, project management, construction or related field. 6-12 years of asbestos, lead and mold consulting experience Experience conducting Property Condition Assessments is a plus Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing Valid driver's license and good driving record. Willing to travel and stay out of town < 25% Perform heavy lifting up to 50+lbs and ability to work in seasonal conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.) Required Certifications TX licensed Asbestos Project Manager TX licensed Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician TX licensed Asbestos Inspector TX licensed Mold Assessment consultant
