This position is ideal for candidates with construction experience who want to build a long-term career in the environmental remediation industry. Successful candidates will begin with one week of paid out-of-town training , where they will receive industry-specific instruction and required certifications to work on asbestos abatement and specialized demolition projects. All training time, and lodging, expenses are paid by the company. What We Offer Competitive pay Consistent full-time work schedule Profit-sharing program Paid annual vacation Company-paid training and certifications Career advancement opportunities into Lead Remediation, Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, and Project Superintended positions Work on government, commercial, industrial, residential, and environmental remediation projects Responsibilities Perform specialized demolition and asbestos abatement activities in accordance with federal, state, and company safety standards Utilize various remediation and abatement tools, equipment, and containment systems Set up and dismantle work areas, containment structures, and decontamination units Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds Navigate active construction and industrial job sites safely Operate company vehicles, equipment, and machinery as authorized Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment and materials Conduct job site cleanup and waste handling procedures Support specialty crews with labor and operational tasks as needed Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements with minimal supervision Qualifications Construction industry experience preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred Experience operating forklifts, man-lifts, skid steers, or similar equipment is a plus Ability to travel occasionally for training and project work Requirements for Advancement Clean driving record Ability to pass background screening Ability to pass required medical evaluations and respirator fit testing Commitment to obtaining and maintaining asbestos abatement certifications Join a Growing Team If you are looking for more than just a construction job and want a career with paid training, certifications, advancement opportunities, and steady work, apply today and become part of a professional environmental remediation team.
