17283 2 nd shift Heat Treat operator? Hours 3:30 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Description:
load and unload baskets for heat treat prep. As well as unload baskets post heat treat. They will also update data production logs, and update MRP/ERP. Demonstrate the ability to correctly interpret work orders to verify raw material lot control number, basic print reading to verify part identification.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Loads parts into furnace Ensures furnace temperature and specifications are within range for the required heat treating operation Completes certifications and documents graphs to ensure data records are preserved Performs minor maintenance on furnaces and equipment Completes quenching as required Compensation $22-$28 DOE.
