Akkodis is seeking a Technician for a Contract with a client in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate is responsible for operating production equipment and using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges to ensure complex aerospace components meet required specifications and tolerances.

Rate Range:

$26/Hour to $29/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technician Job Responsibilities include:

Operate production and balancing equipment to manufacture and process complex aerospace components. Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications to ensure compliance with engineering requirements. Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges. Verify that products meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and communicate findings to supervisors or engineering teams as needed. Maintain accurate production and inspection records while following established safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, machining, or a related field is preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, machining, or aerospace environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and perform balance operations on complex aerospace components. Pay Details:
