Onsite Job Description
Performs a variety of duties in composite development and experimental prototype fabrication and assembly. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains composite?related equipment, tooling, and prototype components. Works from composite Client?up schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Operates specialized fabrication equipment, conducts experimental builds, tests, and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares custom resin systems, hardeners, and curing solutions. Excludes technicians working in production or quality?assurance environments.
