This position will be on either First Shift; depending upon experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Heat Treat Operator to join our team. This role involves operating multiple furnace lines to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within our company. Duties Run heat treat furnaces. Ensure products pass quality checks. Complete all necessary documents accurately and adhere to 5S standards for cleanliness. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. Use moderately advanced measuring equipment. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues. Experience 0 to 2 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment. Highly experienced operators will be considered for advanced opportunities in this field as well. Strong mechanical background. Basic math skills. Ability to handle basic issues and problems, with a beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Knowledge of safety practices in an industrial environment is essential. Skills Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Pay Pay range between $17.50 and $20.50 per hour. Off-shifts have a $2.00 additional shift differential.
