Job Description

Perform soldering, brazing, and heat treat preparation for connectors, coaxial cables, and precision components. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of soldering experience with connectors and coaxial cables Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Proficiency in shop math Experience with brazing equipment and processes Experience working with torches and ovens for soldering and heat treatment Job Responsibilities Prepare work by reviewing prints and determining heat treat requirements Set up and solder components using torch or oven processes Assemble connectors and coaxial cable components to specification Prepare parts for heat treat processes including crimping and flaring Adjust process parameters to resolve quality issues and meet specifications Clean parts using mild acid processes or tumbling equipment Track job time using barcoding or other systems Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Maintain work area cleanliness and organization Preferred Skills Experience with precision cable assembly and connector soldering Familiarity with heat treat processes and thermal equipment Experience in manufacturing environments requiring tight tolerances Familiarity with systems such as
Google Enterprise and ADP Pay:
