Butler Role Summary Seeking a Heat Treating Technician to perform industrial pre-heating and stress relieving services at client facilities. This role involves setting up and operating heat treating equipment , monitoring temperatures, recording data, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards . Key Responsibilities Set up and operate heat treating equipment for industrial projects. Monitor temperature controls and maintain accurate records. Read and interpret work orders and technical documents. Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Follow safety procedures and use required PPE . Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications Experience with industrial heat treating, pre-heating, and stress relieving preferred. Ability to read technical documents and work orders. Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed. High school diploma or equivalent ; industrial, construction, or energy industry experience is a plus.

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
