Join Atlantis Jewels today!! We are looking for an experienced Bench Jeweler to join our fast-paced jewelry repair department. This is a production-focused position for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship while maintaining efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong repair skills, works well independently, and is comfortable meeting daily production goals without sacrificing quality. Responsibilities Perform ring sizing (up and down) in a variety of metals. Complete jewelry repairs including soldering, chain repairs, prong retipping, shank repairs, clasp replacement, and other common bench work. Maintain a daily production goal of up to 30 completed repair jobs per day , depending on repair complexity. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workbench. Communicate with team members regarding repair needs and production priorities. Handle customer jewelry with the highest level of care and attention to detail. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bench Jeweler required. Strong proficiency in ring sizing, soldering, polishing, and general jewelry repair. Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while maintaining exceptional quality. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting production goals.
