We offer a unique, hands-on shopping experience with thousands of charms, jewelry options, and permanent jewelry. The Role We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and creative Retail Sales Associate to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has an eye for style, and enjoys creating a fun and welcoming experience for customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience Help customers choose their jewelry or accessory base, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and bag charms Help customers select charms and create personalized pieces Assist with charm assembly and securely attaching charms using jump rings Help customers choose from our different chain, charm, and jewelry options Assist with permanent jewelry services, including bracelets and anklets, as trained Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop Process customer purchases and operate the POS system Restock merchandise and keep displays looking fresh Create a fun and memorable experience for customers Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Creative and enjoys fashion, jewelry, and styling Comfortable talking with and helping customers Reliable, responsible, and able to work well independently and with a team Detail-oriented, especially when assembling jewelry Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, social environment Must be available on weekends The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and wants to make every customer's experience special.
