We're looking for someone with a go-getter attitude who loves jewelry, enjoys connecting with customers, and is excited to be part of a small, creative business. This is a great fit for a self-starter who likes contributing ideas, helping create events and parties, and finding new ways to bring people into the store. Hands-on jewelry experience is important, including being comfortable using jewelry pliers and working with jump rings.

Responsibilities:

Help customers select jewelry, charms, chains, and personalized combinations Assemble and adjust jewelry using pliers and jump rings Help customers create pieces at our charm bar Process sales and provide warm, knowledgeable customer service Keep jewelry displays and the store organized and inviting Restock and merchandise jewelry Assist with private parties, jewelry classes, and special events Contribute ideas for parties, events, collaborations, and other ways to bring customers into the store Learn permanent jewelry techniques — training provided

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, energetic go-getter and self-starter Previous jewelry experience strongly preferred Comfortable using jewelry pliers and opening and closing jump rings Retail or customer-service experience Creative and comfortable engaging with customers Someone who takes initiative and enjoys contributing ideas Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Sunday availability is essential Some Saturday availability preferred Availability for occasional evening parties and classes is a plus

Schedule:

Part-time, primarily weekends. Sundays will be the main regular shift , with some Saturdays as needed. Additional evening hours may be available for jewelry classes, private parties, and special events. There will be opportunities to earn additional commission or bonuses for generating sales, booking parties, or helping bring new business into the store.
